First, please check out some of the Support FAQs over on our Tender account. If you cannot find your answer there, consider starting a public discussion and we'll try to answer your question there.

Email support.

Would you prefer to use email? That works too. Simply fire us an email to support@vibealicious.com and we will (hopefully) get back to you within 24-48 hours. Please try to outline your issue in as much detail as you can, so we can get back to you, and assist you faster.

Feature Requests.

Feel free to make feature requests via any of the methods posted above. We even have a special category for them over on the support discussions. We may implement your ideas, we may not - please do not feel offended if your idea does not make it in - if we implemented every requested feature nothing would ever get done.
